Linda is a wonderful teacher. I always feel stretched and relaxed afrerwards. I love the flowing movement and sequences in Dru.
I enjoy attending Linda's Dru yoga classes. I find these classes very beneficial for my joints and muscles by keeping them flexible. Linda explains and demonstrates what we are doing. The relaxation at the end is also very good and I come out of her class feeling refreshed. Thank you x
