   Excellent service for a return trip to BHX airport, really was above and beyond prompt and timely service and delivered with a smile. We had a minibus for 6 adults and a toddler + luggage and it was perfect as well as being very luxurious and clean. Will be using again.

   Not a reputable company. Seem to be acting under several different company names, owned by the same man. Do not provide the vehicles booked or paid for and become argumentative when this is raised to them. Booked air-conditioned Mercedes Sprinter buses, as advertised on their website and 3 random vehicles showed up (not Sprinters/air-conditioned). They have continued to argue, as per their response to this review, however have no answer as to why the buses that showed up on the day were different to those booked.

   Booked a transfer from home to Birmingham airport and return - 4 adults with large luggage so needed something a little larger than the usual taxi. MPV was provided which was excellent, courteous driver was on time for both transfers - absolutely no complaints whatsoever and I will certainly be using again. Thankyou.

   What a fantastic service myself and my family have received on 2 occasions this year. Our first trip was to Skegness and back. The driver, I can't remember his name sorry, but he was really polite and helpful. The 6 or 8 seater they sent was very clean. The driver was very friendly. Great service on our first trip. Our second time was going to Blackpool and back. We had a train booked for a morning journey. After already waiting around for our train, it cancelled on us. The second train going to Preston was cancelled as well. Me and my family were absolutely gutted about this. After finding out the next train was no guarantee of turning up, we contacted RH Travel. The boss answered and was very polite and told us it was very last minute to request any drivers. He got back to us within 5 minutes and got us a driver. What a relief as we could now look forward to our little trip away. The driver picked us up on time and was ever so nice. His name was Gul, very polite and helpful. The 6 seater was clean as well. We would highly recommend RH Travel and we will definitely use this service in the future. Thank you once again to these guys.

   I used RH Travels to take 11 people to manchester airport and 16 returning and the service from start to finish was excellent and the price was reasonable. The mini buses were very comfortable and drivers were earlier on each journey. The communication beforehand was very good aswel. All in all we were very happy with the service we received and we would not hesitate in recommending them.
