Driver picked up my elderly father on time and dropped him off at the hospital in the correct location. He then rang me to reassure me that he had been safely dropped off. Great Service. Full marks from my Dad!
I have used this taxi company for years. I have always had good service. Drivers are all friendly and helpful. My mom needs 2 sticks to walk and the drivers always help her and are very patient as she is very slow
Driver 15 minutes late even after explaining I have somewhere important to be so need them to be on time and booked the night before. Drivers complain about paying by card yet their texts say all drivers carry card machines. When paying I had to insert my card and the driver left me holding the card reader for ages whilst I tried to give it back to him while he messed around in his phone, knowing I was in such a rush. Use Uber instead, quicker and cheaper.
Pre book taxis for work using the app..no taxi! Chased them and said they're trying to find a driver even though I pre booked it at 8.30 on the morning for 5.15pm. Kept telling me they hadn't got my booking even though I was looking at the confirmation and the money had gone from my account. When I mentioned this their story changed and said they had a system error. Thanks ABM for making me late for work because I had to phone round trying to get a different taxi company to get me to work.
I've used abm for 3 years they used to be very good but the last few months they have let me down time and time again the people on the switchboard have become very rude .I phoned for a taxi last night to take me home the operator said 15 minutes which was fine I waited outside talking to a friend after half hour had passed I phoned them back and was told he had been and gone I said I had been waiting outside and no taxi had arrived then he put the phone down on me will not use them again
Ordered a "puppy taxi" day before to take my dog to kennels. On the day nothing arrived so phoned again & told on its way. Taxi arrived not puppy taxi. Told to put blanket on seat. No help. No apology.Driver said if I wanted to to get out & order another taxi. Manner EXTREMELY rude. No conversation. Yet another lost customer looking at other reviews. Do you want the custom?
Booked a wheelchair taxi in advance with no advanced warning phoned at the pickup time to tell us they don't have one. Reading other reviews this is a common theme and the fact they don't respond to poor reviews means they don't really care.
Disgusting service Saturday. We booked a minibus for 12.30pm for a wedding. Had not arrived by 12.40 so we called to say here in 8 to 12 minutes. No van by 12.50, rang again, said 5 minutes. Send a tracking link which showed the minibus dropping off customers miles away. Asked for 2 cars instead, not available apparently. Said they couldn't contact driver. In the end had to ring around for family to take us and we missed the ceremony of our childhood friend, a moment we will never get back. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Awful company.
