   15 November I took my 4 grand children bowling for the first time. One of my grandchildren is artistic and have a thing about cleanliness. We sat near the bar waiting for our boot, the table was dirty, we ask for it to be clear and it was done straight away. My grandson still refuses to sit wanting to go home because the floor have food on it. We ask for a pan and broom so we could clean it, the staff went and get the pan and broom and cleaned it for us without any hesitation. Thank you, brilliant service.

   Good fun evening. The venue is clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is a family friendly location that offers a fun night out. Also caters for all levels of bowling skills which is helpful when you are useless like I am. The pad at the lane offers ability to allocate bumper rails for individual players and the mechanism worked flawlessly. Didn't have any food but good selection of drinks. Overall we had a fantastic time

   A very popular place that's great for kids! We arrived at a peak time so business was to be expected - a large range of arcade games to keep everyone busy with pool tables and bowling lanes also available. The staff did seems somewhat cold and uninterested, however this could have been due to the sheer number of people they had to attend to.

   Visited as a treat for the kids half term. They have had a refurbishment and works much better with where you queue to book lanes and the toilets are far better than it previous was/ now with ventilation! The lanes all had nice comfy seats and a plastic cover to keep your lanes private. Food was good and drinks reasonable prices to. Only let down was a few of the arcades were faulty and there was no one around to help as they appeared to be short staff. It would make sense to have extra staff during half terms, and now excuse to forecast how busy it can be as most guests books online.

   We went early so it wasn't busy and had a good time, it was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Half way through we ordered some food on the app and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was and that it was a fairly good price. The car park had plenty of room and compared to other parking in the area (all a bit pricey) wasn't too bad, the only negative is that you pay and display, I would prefer to pay on exit so you don't have to clock watch. Unfortunately I lost both games but still enjoyed myself and will be going back

   It was very busy which shows it’s a popular attraction to visit. You are called to your lane at the time you booked and the system is easy to use. Enjoyable for all the family with a well stocked bar and food. There are also pool tables and an arcade.
