   We recently moved to the area and saw Neale's taxi parked locally advertising Airport runs. So I booked Neale for airport runs to and from Birmingham airport. The communications and service have been brilliant. Neale is friendly and very helpful. He was patient with difficult hold ups and heavy traffic. It was really busy on the return trip to Bewdley and Neale tried his best to avoid the worst of the delays. He maintained good humour throughout and was really calm and an excellent driver. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately Neale's taxi was out of a action but he had arranged for Les to pick us up instead. Lovely, friendly gentleman who arrived early & dropped us right by departures. He was there waiting for us on our return. Very efficient company & will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you.
