   Had bad experience with midwife team, we were late 8 minute for appointment and they ask us to rebook, we had to drop our kids to school, stuck in traffic on the way to appointment, reception and staff they don’t take pregnant ladies health seriously they only run base on appointment system. I guess they don’t understand every pregnancy are different, they have to be fixable with the way they run system. I hope they make some improvements.

   Very welcoming and friendly receptionist. Manager came up to introduce herself. All staff seem very nice and willing to assist and help visitors. Variety of workshops and baby sessions, clinics and checks offered. Very calming athmosphere. A pleasure to be there.
