   You can’t really speak directly with the reception. Most of the time, your call goes to an automated message instead of connecting you to reception. Even if you leave a voicemail, there is no reply to your inquiry. It feels like the receptionist is not very engaged or motivated in the job.

   Lovely and friendly staff. Good size centre (it is spacious inside and not all on top of you). Just a bit awkward to get too by public transport, it is not very noticeable if you don't know where it is.

   Great team, very friendly, professional and highly supportive. Nice and tidy playing areas for little ones. Its very convenient if you live around Uxbridge or West Drayton areas. About 10-15mins drive from both stations. Few mins walk from the Uxbridge Road if you take the bus.

   nothing good to do for young children. Let alone kids its even depressing for parents. I get bored here. No soft play area dirty toys e.t.c. having said that , i think staff is lovely and helpful.

   I visit here with my pregnant wife who prefers to be in a quite and relaxed place . There are these two ladies in the office who cannot keep there mouths closed about how hot there boyfriends look with there shirts off , they would do a good job working in a PUB . By the looks of it I don't think they enjoy working here as they make it very clear shouting out loud , I can't be bothered to do any work . Sereously going to get my mrs to change centre's .
