First time used this taxi service had no problems turned up in less then 10 minutes and made it back home the driver was polite not like the other taxis of worcester i.e i-taxi worcester
Do not use this company!!!!! Have used for some time even though friends had bad experiences. I always pre booked well in advance. In this case, 3 taxis a week in advance. The called me 15mins in advance to advise me that they were not providing service booked and pre held on my bank card, but would provide me a service at extra charge. When i complained the were not interested and cancelled all my bookings with 15min notice. A total bunch of cowboys with no customer service or loyalty..
Pre-booked a taxi from my home address to Birmingham International Airport two weeks prior to my flight departure date. The taxi arrived at my home address a little earlier than expected on the 01/12/2023 and was sent a text notification to alert me that my taxi was outside with the vehicle details. The taxi was clean and the driver was friendly. When I had booked my flight back to the UK, I called Drive Taxi to arrange my collection from Birmingham International Airport at 2300 on 05/01/2024. The taxi driver, Micheal, was already waiting at the arrivals terminal. He was so lovely and was more than happy to take my suitcases to the car and load them into the boot. Fantastic taxi firm, I use them all the time and they provide excellent customer service from booking to dropping off. Great value for money, cheaper than all other taxi companies in Worcester with professional taxi drivers and well-kept vehicles. Thank you!
AVOID AVOID AVOID! The worst customer service ever, totally unreliable! Taxi driver turned up 25 minutes late which has causing me to be delayed and rejected for entry to an event that I spent a huge amount of money for. During this period, I was also unable to communicate with the taxi driver. The lack of timely service was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable, especially given that I had made prior arrangements for the taxi and had provided ample notice. I sent a couple of emails and hoped to find a resolution but got ignored. Never use this company again and don’t recommend!

I am very disappointed with the service provided this weekend. We had x 2 journeys pre booked for Saturday evening, total cost being £160. The driver who collected me was 10 minutes late and then proceeded to take the total wrong route, driving very bizarrely - 10mph in certain areas (for reasons I could not see) and sudden sharp breaking. I appreciate it wasn't an in city route but the driving really was quite poor, it made the journey time much longer and we were all quite travel sick when finally arriving. With being late, going the wrong way and driving so slowly we were late by a total of 50 minutes! Which had a huge impact on our evening. The driver was also rude and behaved quite intimidating when he realised he was going the wrong way, blaming it on me. I had provided the correct address when booking the service. Then the driver who collected us wanted to charge me an extra boundary fee (I have no idea why, all of the postcodes were given when the booking was made) and a £20 waiting charge even though once we were made aware he was there we came out within 5 minutes. The driver said he had been waiting for 30 minutes but I had no missed calls and had not been made aware of his arrival, assuming that he was also late. He was also very rude and insisted on charging me extra which I refused to pay. This driver did not take me to my final destination, my friend drove me home after our second stop. Overall, such a disappointing level of service, I have used this company for over 5 years to varying levels of satisfaction, but I can say I certainly will not use them again.
An angel came to our rescue tonight. Myself, fiancé and our 7 month old daughter had broken down less than 5 minutes away from our house, a road that is a main carriage way. We had been stuck for an hour with a car that was determined not to start. He demanded that my fiancé and daughter were out safely in his car and he helped me get my car to a safe location and then took us home free of charge. I just want to thank this man for essentially saving my family’s life tonight. God bless you. I cannot thank you enough
Got a taxi from work as other firms were busy I normally pay £16 pound these guys charged me £26 and when I got in the taxi I only had £20 and told driver I would give it him as there is a cashpoint by my drop off but he stopped at a petrol station because he did not trust me. Never ever again would I use this firm
