   Not impressed. We used the freephone at the hospital to order a taxi, which is a direct line to Blue Star. The line was appalling, so difficult to decipher what was said. Taxi turned up after 15mns. For most of the journey he was coughing badly and sniffing loudly, with no attempt to shield his germs. I had to sit in the front as I'd had an op. on my leg, so got the full force. As we got closer to home in Malvern he took a very strange roundabout route which was at least three minutes longer than the most direct route. Advise others to search for other Worcester taxi companies if in the same situation.

   Really impressed, Naz is a great driver, really knowledgeable about his local area and very friendly. Booked in for a Sunday morning pickup in August, arrived early for a booked pick up time and very safe drivers, would definitely recommend.

   Arrived quickly but the vehicle was not roadworthy. The driver was tailgating all the time and had to brake rapidly. He was unsure about the price quoting 3 and then decided on the highest. When I disembarked with my bags I fell face first and broke my wrist. He just drove off with me laying in the road. Disgusted!

   Despite having booked a taxi for the following day to coincide with an 08.30 train, the taxi failed to turn up. The dispatcher was aware of the booking but couldn’t contact the driver as it ‘wasn’t one of his!’ All he could say was it was the fault of the dispatcher who took the booking the previous day ! I wound up having to drive to the station in a panic and pay the charges.

   Always happy to book with bluestar. Truthful reliable and Willing to achieve good customer satisfaction ..Also must mention never had a taxi before that has disco lights in the back was a great idea and thoroughly enjoyed my trip to town. Well done guys.
