Without a shadow of a doubt one of the worst company’s going. I sat my sia course in Jan 2024. Taking time out of my day job to make it there and it’s being over 3 months and still I have no update to what is going on with my results. Everytime I call the course manager he says he will sort it this week. But yet it never gets sorted
Fee paid and turned down as a centre. No explanation and no refund. Scam
working with Highfield to develop new training qualifications and NVQ's and so for the people we have dealt with have been great had a good meeting with Victoria Bennett and must say she knows her stuff
Customer services are terrible. I had a manger speaking down to me like a child on the telephone, when asking for a replacement document sent out. Feels like the whole company is a terrible company to have contact with or work for.
