    AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THE ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOUR OF THE INDIVIDUALS THAT WORK HERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT GOOD PRACTICE AND NOT THAT OF A SUITABLY AND COMPETENT TEAM, THEY HANDLE YOUR GOODS WITH DISREGARD AND DISRESPECT AND THEY MAKE FALSE PROMISES ON WHEN THE CARGO WILL ARIVE AND THEY ALSO HAVE A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE WHEN IT COMES TO TALKING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THEYRE TALKING TO A CHILD AT SCHOOL, THIS BUSINESS SHOULDNT RUN TO BE HONEST AS THEY HAVE A POLICY TO INTIMIDATE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND USE BULLY TACTICS

    I am really deeply disappointment with the service I recently received. My delivery was delayed without proper communication, and to make matters worse, it was delivered at 1:00 AM, which is completely unacceptable. Upon opening my bags, I found that several items were missing, and it is clear that your staff handled my belongings irresponsibly. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I no longer have any trust in your service. This was my first and will definitely be my last time using your cargo service, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

    Proper poor company to use. Sent cargo to Pakistan with this company. Was promised door to door in 7 days. Took over a month. Not only that. All goods were either damaged or stolen. Will never be using such a dishonest company again. Complete waste of time. Better use reputed companies owned by proper people not these clowns.

    Please Stay away from these guys. They are liars and fraud they stole the stuff I sent to Pakistan. I complained them, that start making excuses. Every time I call them and texts their answer sorry we don’t know you. Even they have all my texts. I always reminding them that my stuff lost check my all texts I sent you. What they did they took all expensive dresses, jewellery etc and just delivered old stuff. They stole more than half of stuff. It took around 5 months deliver to Pakistan. After calling them so many times, then they sent me a complain form to fill it. I filled the form they didn’t reply me. I did contact again after 2 months, they said they can’t approved the claim. I sent them everything with proof. They asked for proof how can someone keep all receipts but still I managed some. But for some dresses I didn’t have receipt. NEVER EVER SEND THROUGH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET.

    I used this service for the first time and I’m literally ashamed of that their management of service is too bad because I just shipped by luggage from the UK before 2 months and I didn’t receive it yet why?! I just recognise that their service is too bad they are charging 1500RS per extra KG & this is a custom duty per kg and I paid my total amount for luggage)? For what they are charging us in my luggage these are my important tools of my electrical engineering and I’m so ashamed for their service This cargo company is making fraud as I listen from people they do with them is that they collect our luggage from the shipping and sell on the half of prices to other’s people this is literally not good I hope you can learn my views about your service I just want my luggage back in my home country Pakistan
