Worried after seeing other reviews but they are very good. Kent to Birmingham at a very good price. Very helpful staff. Messaged via Shipley. Sometimes not the quickest response but longest response took 12hrs. Will be using again and would highly recommend!
Diabolical. Leave them alone. Customer service is terrible. Found them through Shiply and you don't know who the firm is until you pay a deposit then it's too late. Did not stick to agreed price, held at ransom to pay more, when agreed, then they doubled the extra charge. When we refused they demanded cash off our customer at the delivery end. Absolutely no morals or commercial awareness.
They don’t give time of pick up and after that they claim that they already been there. Their costumer service is rubbish. They try to convince u that it’s ur fault that ur tree wasn’t picked up even though u have evidence against them. Wouldn’t recommend. Better go to ur closet recicle centre on ur own it will save you a lot of time and money
