Together with SBTL, they are probably running a scam. Despite completing the course, they don't provide the certificate. When SBTL is contacted, the staff refers to Qualifi for delay, when Qualifi is contacted, it refers back to SBTL. Both a scam. Avoid at all costs.
I completed the Qualifi Level 7 International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management through their training partner, the European Safety Council, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The program strikes a strong balance between academic rigor and practical application, allowing me to deepen my understanding of health and safety principles through both research-driven assignments and real-world scenarios. One of the standout aspects was the exceptional support from the assessor. Their feedback was not only clear and constructive but also tailored to help me improve each submission. They guided me in refining my research approach and applying practical insights to meet the learning outcomes effectively. This level of mentorship made the entire journey feel collaborative and empowering.
This awarding organisation is by far the worst I have encountered. They made a mistake on a certificate giving me a merit for a course that was not graded and it took several emails to get it rectified. They took over a month to send a hard copy certificate to the Centre for onward submission to me. Furthermore I have complained about on of their centre and they are not handling my complaint in a reasonable way, they keep sending e one liner emails and contradict previous emails. I work in education myself and I think they as an awarding organisation make a mockery of education, I am going to complain about them to their regulators. I will never enroll on any course in the future where Qualifi are the awarding organisation, in my opinion because of my bitter experience they are very incompetent.
