   Awful experience‼️‼️‼️ Please avoid this place. I paid £250 for a 19kg cargo shipment abroad in Bangladesh , including safe delivery at £50 per box and £7.50 per kg. They told me that I wouldn't have to pay any more fees, as they would charge a small amount for home delivery, like a maximum of £20. But once the shipment started to be processed, everything changed. My sister received random messages from FedEx and they attempted to collect the cargo on her behalf. When they couldn't get it, they falsely updated the system as delivered, even though it hadn't been. They are all ready to scam, including the FedEx team. They are demanding an extra £350 for airport customs fees to release the cargo from the airport and provide door-to-door international delivery. I had to take legal action against them for this unprofessional service. Please avoid this place if you don't want to be scammed and have your hard-earned money stolen by the cargo company. There was another lady who's also had similar issue with them so they’re full of scammer in. i wish google review have a 00 star

   I had a very good experience sending a parcel to India. I am extremely pleased with the service provided. I sent some fragile items, and I am glad to say there wasn't much damage. Although i wish nothing was broken, one item did break, but I am happy that everything else was intact. The box was packed and wrapped perfectly, and there was no damage to it when it was received. I will definitely use their services again! Thank you.
