   This is the dirtiest softplay I've ever been to. The tables, floor and inside yhr softplay is so disgusting has food everywhere. The lack of staff inside the softplay is worrying (you would need to go all the way downstairs to reception for any assistance). Even the vending machine doesn't always work. My daughter does enjoy the slides.

   This place used to be great and had great facilities for young children. Now it’s been severely neglected by whatever company has taken it over. The play area no longer has a cafe, it’s no longer being supervised by any qualified staff and has become extremely dirty. The window sills are laden with a thick layer of dust and the play area for the babies is really lacking. I am guessing they are planning to let it deteriorate until someone makes a serious complaint, to which they will then close it down entirely. This is usually what happens. It’s such a shame

   No staff! Not clean! Nothing about this play area is ok! Very disappointing from what it use to be years go! Southbury as a whole has gone down hill.

   Good soft play area but there is really dirty. We came 11am, early time morning but didn’t clean yesterday. And any supervisor around.!Enough big and enough activities area. Windows are everywhere so lightening. PLEASE AUTHORIZE REALLY RESPONSIBLE SUPERVISORS FOR HERE

   Worst soft play ever! This place is really really small there for they never have space! I’m very disappointed with the borough of Enfield they should do something bigger because of the amount of children and community there is too we need if just go to Cheshunt which about 15min from Enfield they have a bigger soft play so there for they always have space! It’s just so sad I feel bad for those children living in Enfield they got to do better then that! Always stuck at home because of they only soft play has a size of a toilet room!
