   We have been working with Santova for around a year now and must say they are fantastic. Kelly and Michelle are amazing, they respond quickly and will work around our business needs. 99% of the time their drivers arrive on time, if they don’t, they will let us know why and a new ETA (unlike our previous shipper who wouldn't keep us updated). Helps us organise our production and despatch more efficiently.

   They are worthless rogue Trader , We agree with them total price delivery to my warehouse , everything ok they delivered to my warehouse we asked them we don't want to pay any demurrage charge we want these products in asap , cause of they didin't find any driver and now they try to charge demurrage cost reason for their responsiblety. They try to charge their faults from you plus they will say to you then next time arrange your driver yourselves & rudely answers , Remember We was agreed before you collected total prices include delivery , We are not responsible anything from your sides faults or you can't find driver etc.Than You must say before the collecting goods ,we can not do these business good , we might need to charge extra from you cause of risk we can't find a driver you can go other companies. Santova Logistic meaning for me anymore lack of trustworthy & not have any trade ethic.

   Have been working with Santova for years and the service has been excellent, with the global issues within shipping today I can say that they are one of the few companies who have said "we can solve this" and have done there best to do so, rather than just no "sorry can't help" or just not being able to help.
