Always quick always friendly always helpful only negative really is on a weekend the queue for the tip next door can make entry/exit a lengthy process but that’s hardly transmecs fault
Lorry's always parked on the roadway causing an obstruction and making it difficult for other roads users. Drivers always cooking by the side of their cabs and hanging their washing out on the pavement.
The place is ok for delivery drivers albeit a bit strict at times highviz clothing must be worn onsite and you must park correctly in the parking zones specific to the vehicle you drive.
Seem to use the main road to park all there trucks making it awkward to go to recycling centre

The most useless company I ever seen, 6 hours to tip and very rude staff , they even don't know how to talk to others, they don't care what time you booked, they just gonna ask you to wait for few hours . Ridiculous!!!!

I parked outside here whilst waiting to get in Redditch tip. The drivers constantly have to negotiate cars to get in and out the premises. All very cool and professional,on the whole .They do need better horns on their massive trucks as the one fitted sound like ones on fiat 500's . People should keep clear of the entrance but constantly leave little room for these trucks to get in and out.
