We absolutely love Wacky soft play at Colliers Wood. It is one of my daughter favourite place . She just feels so comfortable in there and loves the staff which is usually on when we visit during the week. She is super amazing , soft spoken and very attentive . So ofcourse what other place but here to celebrate my daughter’s 3rd birthday . She from the moment I asked said Wacky and so in wacky we planned and had the most amazing birthday party . Yes you have to share the soft play with other children’s which is not an issue with us but we had a party room which we decorated and had our little dance away and other fun activities . The food was perfect also for the occasion as kids just want to run around and have a good laugh so the finger food options was perfect as well as the extra platters options for adults . And I loved the fact that party bags are also included in price :))) which gives a free entry to the soft play . I would definitely recommend this place for a party from my perspective it’s really good price and the kids will surely have lots of fun if they like soft plays . Yes , I do recommend it during the week when other kids are at school as like all other places it does gets busy outside school hours . It all depends of your kids age as well . But we truly loved our party here and all the kindness staff and management showed to us which we are super grateful and will be a fan of wacky as long as we are in area . Thank you so much for making our special day super special with your amazing service .

It's a fun one with the pub downstairs, providing a great food option. And it's decent sized without being scary big that you lose your kid. The staff is always very helpful. One star down as the toilets are just OK, not bad by any means.

Love the concept of wacky warehouse however they need a lot of maintenance.( Colliers wood branch) Soft play fabric is coming undone and they simply put tape and it just becomes a hazard as the foam is exposed. There's dust everywhere even on the tables I had to wipe dust of the table I sat down. They need to be a bit more hygienic and get cleaner regularly for hard to get areas, as the dust is just pulling up, and it's not healthy for the little ones. However staff are very nice and welcoming.

We take our 4 year old daughter here often as it’s reasonably priced, she loves to play here and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We also had our daughter’s birthday here with 8 of her friends and everyone had a good time and the food was also of a high quality. The staff especially (one Indian fellow and another girl with glasses) were particularly helpful during the party so a big thanks to them!

This is a nice venue for kids to play and explore, has a section for under 5's and the other section is for 5 and above. Entry fee is very reasonable and affordable for all and there is a nice cafe on site offering a range of food and drink options to cater all. There is also seating areas which is always useful so you can sit and watch them play. We went during half term and I can't deny it was mad busy and noisy and since there were too many bigger children that were hurting and intimidating my two small children I decided to leave early just less than half an hour of our play session had started. Some parents/carers do not supervise their children or tell them to be mindful of others especially the smaller children. Overall the setting is nice but I wish there would be some fresh air around or some air conditioning within the play area. I always go and supervise my two as they are small and I don't want them to be hurt or anything. This place is worth a visit if in the area and it has nice friendly team members. We will be back another time soon.

Website needs to update with "sessions" set at the soft play area to avoid confusion and disappointed children. The website linked me to book a play session and table at 10:30am, arrived on time to find out that we are not allowed enter to the soft play because the previous "session" will only end 11:00am. While inside the play area there were like 2 children playing, however, appreciated that we were allowed enter at 10:45am.

We booked my son's 3rd birthday party for 15 children at the Wacky Warehouse. A week after booking I hadn't received a confirmation from Wacky Warehouse and it was still possible to book the slot online. I had to call multiple times on different days to get through to a manager. They said that as long as I had proof that the money had been paid it wouldn't be a problem. A month before the party, because the slot still appeared available on the website, I came in person to speak to the manager and show her the email receipt. She informed me that she didn't need to see it and I should just bring it on the day. When we arrived on the day the staff were not aware of our booking, and neither was the kitchen, therefore they were not able to provide the platters that we had ordered. It was fairly stressful for us as parents as we weren't able to speak to friends or family because we were constantly having to sort things out with the staff. This included head office demanding over the phone to see our bank statement in addition to the proof of purchase they had sent. There appeared to be no record of us on their system locally or at head office. The staff on the day were trying to be helpful but unfortunately did not seem to be able to handle what should be simple requests for a group booking - such as setting up a tab for drinks. Although they told us this was being set up, they cancelled without telling us and the guests were asked to pay for their own drinks. At the end of the party I was informed by the manager than I should complain because "this happens all the time". If this is the case I would have expected the team the be able to handle it better, without making us parents feel like we had made a mistake. This was despite my best efforts to rectify the issue before the day of the party. Overall I couldn't recommend booking this for a children's party until this issue is resolved. It really ruined any enjoyment of the party for us.

Please Do not visit this place, absolute health hazard. The staff are nice and very help but the place itself is very dangerous. It’s never worth putting your kids in situations where they may injure themselves. The worst soft play I have ever visited. Metal equipments sticking out in the soft play area that I have seen harm children in this very venue. Not surprise at all that you find stains of blood around the soft play area. You only have to read the reviews to know this is a place you should definitely stay away from. If I could give 0 stars I also would.
