No communication, no answer from their phone line. Delivery agreed for Wednesday and stayed in all day. Still waiting. Rubbish service

Friendly people working at a busy place. However they were short on staff which is the reason I had to collect my parcel.
The company kept delaying my delivery (from Friday to Monday to Tuesday). When it did arrive, the driver made no attempt to assist me getting it off the wooden pallet (in the soaking rain), which would have taken him all of 2 minutes, despite me asking nicely. I then managed to get my goods inside, by which point, I noticed that the driver was heading past my house to the end of my road, so I flagged him down asking to take the Wooden Pallet back with him as I have no use for it (and a warehouse would be full of pallets anyway). The driver was very rude and swore to me for no reason. I rang the company to tell them this and they did not care at all.

Sad to see Greg leave. He has collected pallets form us on a regular basis. Always polite. Always called to say he was on his way. Can't fault your service. Shame he's gone back to Hungary. One of the politest drivers we have had.
I had a consignment delivered to my home this morning. It can be a difficult address to find and I am accustomed to dealing with grumpy delivery drivers. I therefore contacted the office at 8am to confirm the details. The lady I spoke to was polite and helpful, and the driver was patient and courteous. It was a pleasure to deal with your company.
