   !!AVOID IF POSSIBLE!! If I could give negative stars I would, long story short our driver arrived on site for collection, got messed around for over an hour and half and being told we are sorting it. Due to nothing happening I informed City Quick I need to pull the driver away (understandably) in which they then proceed to give my company a bad review. I mean if we didn't want to do the job we would not have shown up and waited at all.

   Have used this Birmingham courier company City Quick Logistics for all our company deliveries for over a year now and they have never failed. From the telephone call to the office to book my courier to the courier him/she being very polite and professional. The cost of there service super passes our previous courier company and also many others that we have used in the pass. If you want a great service at a great price then you need to call these guys.    Just wanted to say how great the service is from city quick, since we changed over from next day service with TNT to same day service with city quick we have been able to go the extra mile with our customers orders. I also wanted to mention that the cost of same day service with city quick works out to be cheaper than next day service with TNT also the quality and personal touch we receive right from there office staff to the driver that's here on time every time to collect our delivery. You have to try them to believe the service you'll receive. Thanks again Denis
