Quiet Saturday lunchtime, no blaring TVs, no shouting and moaning cos bingo's on. Just good beer, comfortable seats and good friends

Went to try the snooker tables out. To see if I could even hold the cue again after smashing my right shoulder up in a car crash. Happy memories of the Westminster Club in Doncaster came flooding back from my youth as soon as I walked in. Thanks guys and gals for the welcome. Alas, I now have to retire from playing snooker. But a fabulous club nevertheless.

Went 2 arundel tonight (forgot my club book!) refused admission!! After being a member for many years s. Not even allowed in when a member offered to sign me in!! (this was the presedent who has known I've been a member for many years!!!) what does it say about the club? Given a 1 star unable to score lower!!!! who has known me for many yearsoffered to sign me in years I
Top place beer good prices bingo open the box etc, live music, can't fault it.
This is an extreamly well run establishment. Good entertainment, good selection of beer and lager at very fair prices. Tombola and raffle prizes throughout the evening. New games room with full size and half size snooker tables. Large concert room with live acts every weekend. Lounge and, quiet lounge. Affiliated membership required.
