Was paid ok and on time with no probs until I left, lpt takes into account your statuary holidays which he is legally entitled to do, the government website says not all employers will take stats into account. Experience means nothing in lpt as you are treated like you don't know what your talking about, the equipment is not as good as it should be and 90% of the trailer equipment (straps) is either corroded or damaged and not fit for purpose. No uniform is provided and maintenance of the fleet is average.
