   Extremely disappointed - why do they send a text messages asking you to arrange date and time for delivery, then not delivery on that day, not contact you and inform you and are very unhelpful when you contact them. *Bad customer service*

   My car broke down on the dual carriage way by this company. They helped get my car to safety which was so kind! They then got me settled with a cuppa and cake and let me stay until the mechanic arrived. A really wonderful company who made a potentially stressful experience for me manageable. They didn't have to help, but they chose to... what a lovely company!

   This company is the worst company I have dealt with , they are delivering Friday but don’t turn up and don’t let you know , you call them they make up lies then promise delivery Monday , guess what , no delivery , they call and tell more lies then hang up on you , very rude , I called back to be hung up on again . DONT waste money using this company

   I ordered an engine and payed £70 for next day delivery, was supposed to come Friday but is now Saturday. They are not answering their calls, it is now weekend meaning I will have to wait till next week for my order.

   horrible customer service. the delivery driver did not knock on my door waited outside and complained that we he knocked and we did not open the door for him. he had been sitting in his drivers seat the whole time. when dropping the door off he left it outside my drive and said he would not bring it into my garage which was next to him. called the company and they said there is nothing that they can do to help out and the deliver driver left.

   has to be the worst logistics company we have ever dealt with and when you complain you get laughed at down the phone. Pallet track network is a nightmare avoid at all costs if you really can. have to say im fuming customers are treated this way
