   Made a delivery there today and usually it is a good place to deliver to, but the goods in guy (not Igor, he's polite) has a bad attitude. I only tail-lifted off my pallet to save the goods-in the hassle, only for him to say 'what's this? I'm doing this first you'll have to wait!' in a sharp tone. So I asked politely 'how long please?, to which he replied 'as long as it takes, does that answer your question?!' I wouldn't speak to people like that, so why does he have the right to?

   Practices so out dated. You wouldn't believe the waste this place generates. Single use plastic bags inside cardboard boxes. This place isn't brown, let alone green.

   What's the point of joining , if for 2 weeks the App does not show as live? I went into the office , Birmingham and was just left waiting 2 hours , while my app was supposedly worked on via the computer side of things. Left there for 2 hours, Not one person did I hear say to Miss J, don't you think we've left her waiting for a long time? Should we not say, sorry bit probably ots best we either gibe you a job, now you are here or go home and wait even longer for us to sort the App out to become live ? They all didn't see the adhd autistic female that finds it so hard to communicate, to even get out there and she came in to get work but was left waiting 2 hours , back aching from scoliosis and Miss J could say, well We weren't to know .... Shouldn't we all be treated with dignity and respect anyway? For we just don't know how much the other person is really going through!!! Could miss j have done more, definitely but I felt , it's because I cannot offer much of my time, which I would but the work isn't definite and Rico should be accepting people with such disabilities or other commitments. A good , smart, polite competent driver is worth alo, then the ones wearing tracksuits with bad attitudes surely... What a waste of time and my money on fuel.

   Stay away from this place dont believe the fake reviews they fiddle with the wages after you bid for a job you are paid 3 weeks later and no payslip issued out so if you havent written your jobs down theyl mug u off why should you have to write the jobs you have done down? Surely they should have all this info,rico used to really good i worked here years but after a while you are just a number they dont care about you hence why they have lost many of the good drivers.your cars health will go down hill for 45p a mile yoh haldly ever get a job back..its just not worth it believe me ontop of that you will need 3 weeks money for fuel

   If there was less than one star I would have love to give 0 star I work for them they are a big Cheaters every week I'm missing up to £100 and then when you ask them they reply o you will get it next week and that next week never comes My advise do not work with them Find something better for yourself I'm also going to be leaving them
