This company is appalling. They arrived with an unsuitable truck to deliver a very heavy package, which caused the tail lift to break and the item to spill across the road. Rather than dealing with the situation responsibly, the drivers simply moved it to one side and left without any effort to help store or re-package the delivery properly. To make matters worse, the so-called “gaffer” was extremely rude and displayed zero customer service skills. Avoid this company at all costs.
Would definitely recommend. Have been using there services for 3 years now. Always committed to providing a service rather than charging or blaming the customer. Professional team
Hi Thanks to Space Logistics for being perfect excellent communication excellent timing overall very pleased to be honest i was hesitant to use them after reading some reviews but after speaking with them and arranging a good price i went ahead and used there services at least to try them i'm a believer of at least giving a chance, and can say they have been excellent throughout very pleased and will continue to use them and highly recommend them can just advise just make them aware of what if any special requirements and they will i'm sure be happy to accommodate. Once again many thanks and look forward to continuing doing business together.
We have been using this company for a while with minor issues on collections. Util Thursday 17th April, our goods were supposed to be delivered, after a customer chased i found out they hadn't delivered i arrange with our customer to wait 2 hours after closing to receive the delivery. SPACE LOGISTICS closed and never bothered to deliver. Friday i called various time for an update fast forward to today 22nd April 6 more calls and many promises later the goods have arrived. In total 15 calls made, every delivery time broken. My advise is do not deal with this company they cannot be trusted.
