   Im a delivery driver who comes to your firm most days. I find your staff Very friendly and always there to help you. Receptionist is very polite and never keeps me waiting.    I had a delivery here for a company called Loudwater. The place is about one minute driving from M5 via A41. Turn into Halfords Lane at the WBA stadium, and drive through the gate down to the barriier/gatehouse. The security is really helpfull and friendly, and clear instructions was given. Backdoor tipping and huge space for maneuvering. They are open from 06:00, and it was quick unloading.

   I had a pallet delivered by these. They rang me to check delivery and then rang again when nearby. Driver had a bit of trouble finding the house but was polite and used his loading trolley to place the pallet in my garage.

   I went there as a class one driver. Really they are very impolite, they lie to driver. I went there over Nelson agency but there is ridiculous company driving job agency said we pay £13.25 ph I worked 22 hours they pay just £90 . I would like to sue them.
