   Sadly one of the drivers decided it would be a good idea to intimidate me while on the M1. Doing the speed limit northbound between junction 12 and 13. Full beams on behind me, tail gating me and then pulling up next to me and shouting abuse from his window! While I am sure it is a great company based on other reviews, that driver let you down in a sign written truck! I am sure your trucks are tracked and if you would like to look into it, it was 02/07/25 at 4:50. I’m sure as a responsible company, this isn’t something that you expect in a sign written vehicle.

   I have worked for Onpoint Logistics for the past 5 months. Leaving a position as Group Transport manager and taking over as one of the Transport managers at Onpoint. At my first interview I was very impressed with how professional the business was. Not only wanting to bolster the Transport team because of its continuous growth but also how they accept you as part of the family. The technology that has been invested in is second to non and the vehicle fleet is constantly being updated. The whole set up from the Ops team to the Workshop team work as a unit and Driver safety is paramount. All drivers are told that they must adhere to the EU rules and the working time directive. As transport managers we monitor all the drivers on a daily basis and were necessary call drivers in when we feel they are putting themselves or the public at risk. In summary a great company to work for.

   Absolutely great team to work for. I was furloughed and subsequently made redundant by my previous company last year during the pandemic. I saw Onpoint was having a employment open day and been so close to home i went up. I was greeted by Tony who made me feel welcome straight away offering me a drink and chatting to me. Ant turned up short time after and got straight to explaining what he was looking for. I was very impressed with what i heard and subsequently one year on im still here and have no plans in leaving. Onpoint make you feel like a valued driver and part of the family and not just a number like alot of other companies do. Looking at completing my class 1 licence very soon to progress within the company. Cheers guys thanks to you all for letting me in as part of the team/family.
