Do not use dx for your delivery's. Waited on a Christmas present that said was out for delivery was waiting in all day for it not to turn up. I would highly advise NOT to use them very very poor service.
Waited for delivery all day today and not a single person has shown despite tracking showing as out for delivery. No updates and no communication. I understand this time of year is horrendous for deliveries but to just not bother when tracking shows as out for delivery is a joke. Hoping to get my delivery by Saturday as I need the parts before I can fit the second delivery I have coming on Monday!
Extremely dodgy delivery service. The product was said to arrive on Monday and they delivered it on Friday when no one was at the property and claimed it was signed for when it wasn't. It says "Signed - (my last name)." No one was there! This feels illegal. Amazon hasn't listed it as delivered but it was sitting on the porch for hours in open display to the road. This is an expensive product that could have easily been stolen. It's like they wanted it to be robbed. Do NOT trust this service.
Delivered on time as expected and the driver was really nice. Can’t ask for more :)
I’m not a DX customer nor would I want to be after this incident. One delivery driver (aged 30-40 white male pretty sure he had ginger hair) in a DX transit driving down Dudley road/Icknield Port road at around 8.40am on 04/04/2023 was driving dangerously behind me all because a merging lane meant I ended up in front of him in the road. His ego couldn’t handle this and ended up driving centimetres away from my car, weaving into my lane to bully me off the road. At one point I thought he was going to crash into me which resulted in me going into oncoming traffic to dodge him. Luckily I never hit another car. All while I had my 2 year old in the car. As a lone female I felt bullied by him. Whilst stopping at a red light he stuck his middle finger up several times. When taking a right turn eventually leaving him behind he wound down his window to throw something at my car. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had on the road with another driver when I didn’t deserve any of it. I’ve complained to the company directly and have heard nothing back. Disappointing. Please save yourself from responding back and ask me to email Beverly Weston because I’ve already written in so check your system. I called your customer service number once got through, the phone was hung up on when I hadn’t said a word. The attitude and way he was driving was so dangerous and disgusting. I’ve never been a customer of DX and I’m pretty sure I will never be. Im leaving this review to warn others about the types of people you employ. Your driver needs sacking and at the very least needs immense training.

I recommend that nobody applies for a job at joke if a place they didn't pay my money on time had to keep asking and when I asked why I have not been paid they didn't care all they care about is that the work is done not your wages that you have worked hard for all week this company that's a joke saying that so Yiu have been warned
No regards for health and safety rude van driver who had the audacity to dump my parcel and drove off which almost landed on my disabled little girl.
