Customer service is not great, collections often late then the driver huffs at how many parcels we have. Always seems to be an excuse to not pay out for damages after a lengthly claims process.
Another freight forwarder company who has no clue about haulage. Everyone now who has a laptop and pays a bag of money for a franchise thinks they can do transport. They have no ideea that they have the same responsibility as an operator when they are selling jobs. Good job Inxpress, keep selling your franchisees. Avoid working for them.
