   We just had Active Carriers turn up to deliver 2 large pallets containing fragile equipment. It was typical that at the time of their arrival our handy men were out and so myself and my mother were left wondering how we were going to unload the goods as we can't drive our forklift. Within 2 minutes of us looking worried, the driver Paul Jennings went out of his way to offer to drive our forklift and unload the pallets. He unloaded the goods like an ABSOLUTE PRO, quickly but carefully and ensuring the goods were looked after the whole time. Paul absolutely saved the day, otherwise we would have had to turn around the lorry and bring It back when our men were in the office. Pauls kindness and expertise genuinely saved us time and money and I can for sure say that Active Carriers now have a new customer, we will be using them again. Paul, thanks so much!

   Drivers on conygree rd depot think they own the road blocking the road parking on pavements swearing at drivers forcing drivers to stop or swerve. You do not have the right to use the road as your property you have to stick to the highway code.

   This place is an absolute shambles. With the amount of roadworks in the area, using back streets to get by has become a necessity. Every single day this company has vehicles lined up on a public road and are using the road as a loading bay, several vehicles lined up, blocking access on a road that is barely wide enough for two cars. Their drivers are rude and ignorant and often park in such a manner that cars struggle to pass. Will be reporting them to the local authority.

   Customer service from driver something to be desired, however after receiving a second delivery from a different driver I have to say his customer service was exemplary. It's a shame this company suffers from some staff who can't be arsed, when they clearly have hard workers there.

   I'm a ex driver left because i was offered loads more money somewhere else you get overloaded of collections after your deliverys and you get spoke to like dirt

   Do not work for this place they don't pay you what you've earned. Keep away unless your desperate for work. The management couldn't manage a bath. Police pull the drivers over because they employ anyone (AVOID). Please do not work for.tetrible Terrible place .
