Regularly see their drivers drive in an aggressive and dangerous manner, trying to intimidate other road users. Was recently followed by a tipper, who was following far too closely.
They just collected from my neighbour, and destroyed the parvement near my property.
Ian came near my road whitcare road bordesly green today around 7am I think ..on the 10th April 2025 ..he did an amazing job and cleaned up all the mess and made sure it was all clean ..thanks Ian
The guy who manages the grabbers (Andrew) is very arrogant and dismissive. He said the grabber should be with me in an hour after I asked if they could come earlier, they didn't show or apologise till nearer to the original time. When I called him and explained this, he told me the driver was on a "taco break". This caused me severe inconvenience as I cancelled other duties I had to wait for the grab. After going back and forth, he threatened to cancel the grab. I told him I am not going to beg him to keep it, after he cancelled I phoned their office to let them know, as the guy who manages the grab isn't even the owner. I thought he was! He even sent me laughing emojis on WhatsApp joking about my complaint (see attached) - totally unprofessional manager of the grabs. This happened March 2025.

Just gone to get off the local bus and a truck of this company is parked in the bay, myself and a disabled passenger had to be dropped off further away because the bus couldn't access. Great advertising for a company.
One of their drivers took out my side mirror was very professional with the whole process gave me a pick up to get about in until they repaired/ replaced my mirror was sourced, painted and fitted in a matter of hours
Couldn’t fault the service at all, called late Friday afternoon and had a driver turned up on time with the materials I needed first thing Saturday morning. Nothing was too much trouble and he left the area clean and tidy when I had my old soil taken away. Great service, thank you!
