Trying get through to warfarin nurses urgently not even getting a dialling tone absolutely ridiculous
Had a blood test. My fore arm is completely bruised and painful, I've never experienced anything like this after blood test.
Opened new clinic still can't get an appointment in your own post code yet people who aren't even registered just walk straight in and get to see a doctor. Disgusting way to run a practice. Must be somewhere can complain to get this sorted. Why do the receptionists think they are doctors as well????
Terrible service provided by this practise. I have a young daughter and the health visitor have been due to come for over a month and have not made it either not turned up or constantly cancelling and rearranging. So my daughter is nearly 6 weeks behind. There the first to tell you when your doing something wrong or can't do something and now there failing my daughter with their sub standard care.
