I just had incredie service today. I didn't expect it. Dr Jennifer Leighton was just amazing. Personable informative patient and understanding yet clear and concise. I reccomend anyone within 30 miles away should just drive here.

Tried calling multiple times, either doesn't ring at all as 'lines too busy' or cuts off after being on hold for two minuets. Finally got through to someone after ringing around 15 times to be told there's no appointments for today (even though I'd been trying to ring from 9am) and to try ringing again tomorrow and that I can't book an appointment for a different day as it has to be same day appointments? Doesn't make sense to me and still haven't got through since or booked in.

They don’t answer the phone. I feel sorry for desperate teenagers needing actual support. I tried calling them every day at various times for a week and it just keeps ringing.

Thank you to the staff at Bath St. I had run out of essential epilepsy medication while visiting Warrington from South Wales. The out of hours reception staff, doctor and pharmacy staff arranged an emergency prescription within 90mins. Everyone was helpful, friendly and knowlegeable and made certain I had the correct meds to tide me over. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service. Thank you again.

First time at the medical centre and I was skeptical because I assumed I would get the same service as I get from my GP’s surgery. Wrong. Really nice and very good. Pharmacist (Kenneth) was just lovely. He gave special treatment to an elderly lady (who was lovely) and he was so kind to my cousin. Really impressed!

Short Story: Don't waste your time, go to a different health centre!! My Experience: My appointment was at 8:30 on a Saturday morning (first appointment of the day). The doctor finally called me in at 9:15 and it was a doctor I'd seen walk in late at 8:50. She didn't apologise for being late. I had booked an appointment as I had concerns regarding my tonsils (swollen and looked infected in the crypts) nothing serious but enough to cause concern as it wasn't healing itself. After talking over me whilst I was trying to explain my problem she informed me that ''you're lying, tonsils don't have crypts, it will be your saliva glands that are the problem''. I kept calm and tried to show her a generic tonsil diagram from google images to explain where I felt the discomfort and why I thought it was my tonsils. Again she raised her voice, spoke over me and condescendingly told me ''stop self diagnosing, I am the doctor''. I walked out feeling worse than when I went in and none the wiser as to what was going on in my mouth. Still concerned I booked an appointment at a different health centre and funny enough after the doctor actually listened to me and actually had a look in my mouth!! I was told it is an infection in my tonsil crypts and have now been referred to an ENT specialist. So, Bath Street Health Centre, thank you for wasting my time. I suggest you check the credentials of your doctors before hiring them and highly recommend that you provide a training course in good manners as soon as possible.
