My experience with Regent’s University has been awful. The staff are untrained, unprofessional, and many act like bullies with superiority complexes. Special mention to Ms. Patel and her team, who repeatedly failed to respond or handle even basic requests. The admissions process here is a complete waste of time — slow, disorganized, and unnecessarily stressful. I genuinely don’t understand how communication with a public university of 20,000 students and thousands of applicants has been far smoother, faster, and more respectful than with a private university of only 1,800 students. If larger institutions can treat students properly, Regent’s has no excuse. This place is a joke. Money matters more than students, emails go unanswered, mistakes are ignored, and accountability doesn’t exist. If this is how the staff behave, I can only imagine what the rest of the university is like. In the UK, the safest choice is a properly vetted public university — unlike in the US, private universities here often lack the skills, resources, and reputation to deliver on their promises. Regent’s is no exception. I should’ve listened to the negative reviews before applying. Thank God the university showed their true colors before I went through with enrolling — now I’m going to a proper public institution. Do yourself a favor and apply to a university that values its students, not just their tuition fees.

Regent’s seems to put a lot of care into selecting excellent tutors, which really made the learning experience positive. One star taken away, however, because the administration office was frustrating to work with and often took a long time to hear back from.

I love the physical environment of ghosts university which I’ve visited for 9 months to complete a diploma by another college. I cannot comment on Regents University courses. The serene and calm Regents University is located in Regents Parks, one of London’s Royal parks, and the facilities are first class. The classrooms are spacious, light and airy with large windows. There is a cafe onsite but no ATM. The cafe serves gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. From Baker St station it’s an easy and picturesque walk to the University. It’s really lovely passing the lake and listening to birdshot before starting lectures. I feel I concentrate better so it’s a studies enhancing environment.

Arguably the most beautiful campus in London. A serene environment to study without the noise of Central London. You can't get it any better!

I have two questions? 1) Do they give an acting career? 2) You leave the university with an undergraduate degree, that is, you leave as a graduate

I'm not sure about Regent's. I applied for their upcoming Psychotherapy and Counseling course, and I saw on their website that applicants/students are advised that funding their course with an Advanced Learner Loan is an option. They also have details about the StepEx grant. When I contacted someone from StepEx, I got a reply saying they do not engage with Regent's. Then, when I spoke to someone in admissions, she basically told me that I might not be able to fund the course with the government loan. Also, their admissions seems to be disorganized and slow. Or, it may be that they only want certain students in the university. Maybe they're trying to play both ends-- presenting themselves as an equal opportunity educator but at the same time acting in a discriminatory fashion. I am still waiting for my unconditional acceptance letter. I am starting to believe that Regent's University discriminates against potential students who do not fit their image.

I was fortunate enough to be able to study at Regent's University as part of my 2018 Erasmus program. The facilities are just fantastic. I enjoyed being able to choose from a variety of modules that interested me. The teaching staff is very dedicated to giving you the best learning experience. I was considering coming back for a Master's degree, but the current situation has changed my plans.
