   I’ve seen Ascenti in Preston quite a few times and NOT ONCE have they EVER touched me to pinpoint my problem. I was seeing a young lady in Preston (who I may say had awful body odour) and I was stuck in a small room with her. I wasn’t getting anywhere with the excercises and asked for a referral for shock treatment. I got an email letter 28th May and was to receive a call to make an appointment within 2 days. Despite chasing this 3 weeks later I’ve had no call. My last appointment with her was 10 mins !! How much are you charging the NHS for that appointment??! I was also asked to complete a survey. The link didn’t work. I emailed to say - they sent me another link - that just went through to my exercises. I have 3 friends under Ascenti and we all have the same low opinion. I will now be making a formal complain to the NHS to tell them what a poor service I’m receiving.
