    I'm having similar issues to Theresa wood below..only parcel.sent to australia..cant find.address to.find out they have imputed the address wrong on label so now over.2.weeks later it is stuck in perth airport...we gave correct address which.we.were told.they.updated on the system and parcelmstill not.sent to correct address in australia..now having control organise recipient to go to.airport at some distance to try collect parcel themselves..what a s...show

    For the second day in a row, your courier has failed to deliver the parcel, citing an alleged β€œinability to locate the address”, despite the fact that the address is correct, regularly serviced by other carriers, and fully identifiable via standard GPS systems commonly used in the 21st century. The courier personally provided a delivery date for yesterday, which was then moved to today β€” and again, the delivery was not completed. Attempting to now claim that the delivery date is supposedly 11 December contradicts the information previously given by your own staff. We also notified DHL yesterday that the recipient would be leaving the country early this morning, making any further delivery attempts impossible from their side. These actions constitute a breach of your obligations under UK law, including Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Section 49 – duty to exercise reasonable care and skill; Section 52 – performance within a reasonable time), as well as the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 42 – delivery obligations). The repeated failure to deliver amounts to non-performance of the contracted service. Immediate corrective action is required.

    My parcel is at this depot, only 1 attempt to deliver & driver said he couldn't find my property, he was 10doors down, no delivery. Called the main DHL no to try & redeliver, after 2attempts if 45mins on hold, DHL hung up on me 1st call. Rearranged delivery for Friday, so didn't work that day, for a total no show & my parcel never left this depot!!! Called again twice, with over 45mins on hold ea time, to turn be told they won't delivery to an alternate address, however, that option was on the email. I was asked to stay home been Mon to Fri for another attempt at which I can't afford to do being self employed & said I wouldn't trust them to leave me empty handed anyway, despite being told they are doing weekend deliveries to catch up. I was also promised they would deliver Sat morning, they updated tracking with my parcel in their depot at 09.59 that day, it wasn't out for delivery. DHL wouldn't offer any alternative means for me to receive my parcel. I'm currently out of pocket to over Β£300 due to no parcel. I've since located on their page their is a delivery to a Premiere Store in Burntwood, so why won't they drop it there for me to collect, due to me not being able to get to Sutton Coldfield in their opening hours. The whole debarcle has been so stressful & financially debilitating, I want compensation for the incompetence of DHL & it's working practices...

    Had a parcel to send to Qatar. Girl at the counter (Chelsea) was very helpful regards advice and packing the parcel and also having a nice, friendly manner. Very efficient. For sure will use them again.

    I am Polish working for DHL Tyrefort as a Class 1 driver. I have been coming to Midpoint for over two years now. One of the security stuff from DHL Midpoint who works at the gate-house (big bold British with loads of tatoos) is simply racist. I thought it was only me but I'v noticed over the years that he does that to other non-British drivers. What a shame for such a great worldwide company as DHL to have people like this represent their business and values.

    That moronic and unhinged member of staff who threatened a member of the public for taking photos from a publicly-accessible place should be re-trained in how to approach people. Not a good advert for DHL as the other members of the Security team were spot on.

    Once I found out the difference between "DHL Express" (international) and plain old DHL (National) I was happy to say this place was easy enough to find. Take 2nd exit on the last island it's not the 1st DHL building you see on the 1st exit, it's just a little bit further. Big place, lots of parking, open door and friendly helpful staff. Disabled all areas. Recommended.

    Such quick desk collection service once you find it. There is plenty of customer parking but you aren't there long enough for that to matter. So much better than having to wait at home for the driver to arrive.
