The most amazing results after first acupunture treatment. 5 years post stroke with damage to right hand side of body. Mobility much more fluid, warmth to arm, hand fingers and toes. Able to make fist. Now able to touch fingers to thumb which couldn't do previously prior to treatment. Walking improved gait straight. Had second treatment today, further improvement to mobility, strength returning to arm and hand. Can feel heel for the first time when walking. AMAZING!! The Problem: I have experienced kidney/bladder problems and cystitis for 5+ years and finally got to the point where I was in pain every minute of every day. I had an operation/taken countless antibiotics and medication/had researched and done a lot of holistic treatment and nothing was working. The pain was still flared and at an all time high. At this point it was taking over my life, I couldn't do anything or even get out of bed without being in agony and my mood was extremely low and I was fed up. The Treatment: After a lot of research my partner finally said I should try acupuncture for some relief. I booked a 45 minute session and went as soon as I could. The first treatment was very thorough and lasted a whole 2 hours, I sat in a room and completed a form explaining what my problems were. Lily then came into the room and went through my form for at least 20 minutes with me, always asking questions and listening. She knew exactly what my problem was and how to treat it. She then completed an acupuncture treatment for well over an hour always explaining what she is doing and why. I immediately felt decreased pain, my mood improved and I finally relaxed. Lily then went out of the room and left me to relax for 30 minutes and made me some herbs suited to my condition to take at home. Conclusion: I walked in with a lot of pain and walked out with none, I kept thinking it was all going to come back as quickly as it left but it didn't. I go every week now to stay on top of my symptoms and if I have any flare ups I go straight away and Lily helps decrease the pain and gives me my life back. I would highly recommend going to Lily.. She is professional, kind and knowledgeable not to mention extremely thorough and actually cares about your problems.
