Clair is a wonderful practitioner. Knowledgable, professional and friendly. Her treatments are a delight and I would trust her with anything. Highly recommend if you’re looking for the best of the best.

I have been coming to this clinic for approximately 5 months. Clair and Jayne are both so lovely and friendly and make you feel at ease. The clinic is gorgeous with a relaxing atmosphere. I have been having regular light therapy sessions which are so calm and relaxing. I would highly recommend the skin analysis, this has really made me understand my skin type along with Clair’s amazing knowledge and experience. Would definitely recommend.
I have been seeing Clair for treatments now for a few years! My main treatment being Laser Hair Removal, which is honestly the best thing I've ever done for myself I still remember how nervous I was for my first appointment - mainly the embarrassment. But that didn't last long because Clair's bubbly, friendly and of course very professional personality shone through and made me feel really comfortable (which is important when you're exposing all of your body to someone you've just met!) I don't treat myself often, so when I do go to my appointments it feels like a bit of much needed 'me time' Plus, the clinic is absolutely gorgeous. I love how you get London clinic vibes, in the middle of St Helens! ..and I bet those clinics don't make you cups of coffee, turn on the massage bed and give you a hot water bottle when it's cold outside! There's so many treatments Clair offers, and she really knows her stuff. So, if you're considering booking for any sort of treatment I would 100% recommend visiting her clinic The only critic I would give is that it should be called 'North West Skin, Laser and Counselling' because I feel like Clair is now my Life coach. Each time I leave I feel more positive, more confident and most importantly, hair free!!!
