While l can not fault what the doctors do The reception staff,in particular one member does have a real attitude problem and thinks she is above everybody else. lt is not for them to say when a physio appointment is given after a doctor asked me to book it after seeing them and, she totally refused. You need to be professional and sort you manners out you horrible woman
