Surgery waiting area is clean and tidy. Staff smartly dressed and polite, Docters are professional. Sometimes a little wait at appointment times.

Improved as you can now book non urgent appointments online. The asthma clinic is very efficient and friendly. Appointments run on time but the reception staff always look very busy juggling face-to-face and phone calls - please give them more support!

Someone elses medical document was found on my medical record at this Gp surgery. After reporting the confidentiality breach to the surgery, they stated it had been removed. However months later it was still clearly visible on my record. I am unsure what document was removed instead. Guess I'll never know and thankfully this surgery no longer have access to my medical record and I no longer have to deal with a surgery who have doctors and a manager who lacks compassion and decency. A surgery which don't know how to deal with those with complex needs and instead causes harm and lasting damage/trauma.

Reception staff I found very helpful and attentive to my Mother's needs (Caitlin). The doctor my mum saw was very friendly and genuinely concerned about my Mother's health (Chowdury).

Doctors here are extremely difficult to trust & communicate with. Have a whole list of reasons to why the doctors here are most unreasonable attitudes or just non caring attitude! Prob needs all making public tbh.. Yeh you would think your at a safe space at your doctors, there just rude. Most nurses have been great though good to talk to. Reception staff reasonably OK if you get the right one. Honestly it's a joke as your dealing with ppls illness, disabilities mental health.

I have been going to this Doctors surgery for five years now ,myself personally I haven't had any issues in fact only positive things to say especially with regards the nurses who are very professional and helpful. My last doctors made me feel suicidel and destroyed my mental health.

Reception staff are so rude. And as for being asked to treat them with respect?? That must surely go both ways. They make me feel so small I feel like killing myself. They need to be sacked.

While here I had a brilliant nurse who helped me lose lots of weight and I mean lots! So I was happy then she left without saying a word and I was left with another nurse. The women at reception said she was nice so I agreed to see her instead. She looked over my food diary then screamed at me for having honey in my tea. She was angry at me, despite my diet being amazing at the time. I never went back and she made me fall into a deep depression that I am now just getting a hold of. All the weight has gone back on with more due to the depression and anxiety.
