The One Stop staff all know my wife now as she's there so often with her parcels! I'm not much better to be honest! Evri is a great and reasonably priced alternative to royal mail for sending parcels and I find the service far easier to use than the post office alternative at the other one stop. The only time I've had an issue was early in the morning when someone had forgotten to turn the scanner machine on and it took ages to boot up. Otherwise it's quick and easy and reliable!
