Last Minute Parcels Ltd is a phenomenal company. It exists of people who are extremely helpful & understand how to achieve customer satisfaction. I have been using them for almost 20 years for my domestic and international parcels & I've experienced each time that their service & attention to detail is outstanding. I would go to the extent to say its almost impossible for errors to occur. No one is perfect and when things don't go the way they should Last Minute Parcels will do everything they can to resolve it. You cannot go wrong with these guys.
Last Minute Parcel was amazing! Mitch helped us with our transatlantic move from start to finish. He walked us through all of the steps involved, answering our questions thoroughly, patiently and promptly. The company did a great job with our customs documents and all of our boxes arrived within a week. We genuinely could not have asked for a better process. Highly recommend!
I had to relocate from UK to Dubai and these guys were amazing. Mitch communicated with me through email and helped me understand and go through the whole process. They charged quite less compared to others so was a bit sceptical but everything turned out fine and I'm grateful for that. They guided me through the customs process as well. I did the initial packing and they further secured the boxes by taping it which made the boxes more reliable.
