Dr Kent came out to see my elderly mum past 8pm on Friday evening. Very much appreciated and for the care and attention he provided. Such an excellent service for which we are very grateful
I would highly recommend Dr Kent and partners, the whole team there are fantastic from the doctors to the receptionists, always very helpful and supportive. A great GP surgery.

You can never see the same doctor . To many I havnt seen before or know them Dr kent asks to see you then carnt get appointment then see different Dr. Never seen it so bad

The appointment system is not fit for purpose. When one refinally gets through after several days of trying, I might add at 8 am on the dot to oblivion, then to be asked what your problem is by a receptionist beggars belief! Something needs to change.
First phoned them at 08:01 to book a day appointment, their lines were busy kept phoning them till 08:45 (28 calls) when they eventually answered they were fully booked for everywhere, such a joke of a surgery.
