   The people at the sorting office are very good but we don’t get post very often. How often are they supposed to deliver? I’ve been waiting for an important letter for ages.

   No post for days despite having ordered a card which was dispatched on 1st October which should have arrived at least by today 6th October. Haven’t seen a van at all. Frustrated and maddened - should have just bought a card and given it myself - which I will in future !

   i’ve had a Royal Mail Tracked 48™️ parcel stuck here for 11 days so far, tracking details keep saying the same thing over and over again every day: “item received” “due to be delivered” “item received” “due to be delivered” over and over again. Knowle Delivery Office is in the same postcode as the post office where the sender handed the parcel in — the delivery address is 82 miles away. i’ve ordered stuff after that has been delivered before it. tried calling to see what’s going on, and the line immediately hangs up without ringing, so there’s no way to find out what’s happened or for anyone to be held accountable. disgraceful. i want my money back!
