Felt like i had known Rachel years she is so friendly! Very professional tho. Great having a 30 minute free consultation to discuss treatments. Great advice too on drainage for under the eyes (puffy bags!). I am a sixty year old women going thru the menopause and am looking forward to seeing the results! Thanks Jay :)

Rachel is a highly qualified and professional therapist.. She talks you through everything before hand and she won't do any treatments that you don't need or wouldn't make a difference.
