   Every member of staff both medical and non- medical I have had to deal with here is excellent. Things have been arranged for me and I have always had clear explanations and suggestions. Askmygp requests seem to be sorted extremely quickly and efficiently. I have only given four stars because although appointments seem to be arranged quite quickly( or almost immediately if urgent) but are not necessarily with the person you saw before, and the car parking is v difficult.

   The actual reception and booking an appointment was fine, but considering I booked online. However, I don't think the actual appointment was of any use. I was promised an email (no email), promised follow up (blood test). Its terrible. I registered at this surgery sometime ago, and I've only called twice in five years. I can't say anything positive about any medical advice, treatment or medication.

   Can not be trusted . Dr's there Bully you when you complain. They also have terrible record keeping and fail to comply with DATA Protection ACT, your records and data is not safe with them !!Terrible mental health service and treatment of patients. They can not be trusted , the Dr's lie and staff cover for each other when mistakes are made. I am filing for mental health discrimination again them !

   I moved to this practice last year & have found them to be excellent - a far cry from my previous nhs practice!! Helpful, friendly reception staff. Accessible online system to book appointments or you can telephone in. Professional, caring medical team. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of this practice. I moved from a practice that had rude, unhappy reception staff, inflexible & restrictive practices & it was hard to get an appointment. Whereas the patient care & experience at the Dicconson Group is first class. Thank you.

   Car Parking can be impossible, reception staff are mostly teenagers, they send at least 2 text messages as appointment reminders, ( if you can get one ) yet they do not mind in the least to keep a person waiting for up to an hour, the worst G.P. for bad time keeping has initials, C. H. and their Patient access system does not work properly because they are too thick to fix it
