   Would never use them personally. I ordered a Christmas tree that was quite expensive, they kept rescheduling delivery for 3 different days for no reason then have delivered to the wrong house I am at home waiting for said parcel and not even seen the van so I don’t know where they have delivered it to. said it’s up to me to contact the supplier and no photo proof of where it’s delivered for me to find the house delivered to.

   Absolutely useless drivers! Seller send parts via them, when it was time for delivery to my workplace, I wait one hour till 6:20pm after my workplace closing time at 5pm just because tracking says will be delivered that day between 4-6pm - result was driver not turned up! I tried to give them a call or use the live chat option on the website with no luck as no one pick the phone and live chat is useless telling me I need to call as no live person would answer my query! Absolutely ridiculous service. I would put 0 stars if I can !

   Their slogan is 'Delivered exactly" But they're unable to successfully delivery anything. How any company could have a commercial contract with them is beyond me. A week has passed of daily "unable to deliver" emails and I am still awaiting the delivery.. it was supposed to be next day. Absolutely diabolical courier company

   Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was first told my delivery would arrive on 22 October, only to be informed on the same day that it could not be delivered — an absurd start. Then I was told it would be rescheduled for 24 October, but on the 24th I received another message pushing it to the 27th. And now, yet again, I have been notified that it will not be delivered today either. This endless chain of failed promises is extremely unprofessional. It has caused serious disruption and directly affected the opening of our clinic. I have never experienced such poor service and would strongly caution others against relying on this company

   I cannot explain how incompetent this business is. Lost by bag for 6 days. Kept claiming the shipping agency. I presume BA use them as they are cheap. Sadly I had no choice, but I won’t use BA again either. Lost then item, shipped the item to the wrong place. Then delivered on the wrong day. Said would delivery on Thursday, then delivered on Wednesday.

   Worst Delivery Company Ever..Promised delivery Tuesday, no show. Promised delivery Wednesday, no show, promised delivery Thursday, no show. This is without doubt the worst delivery company I've ever encountered, they make Royal Mail look efficient.. Expensive merchandise somewhere in there system for four days, and no idea if I'm ever going to receive it. I'll not wait in another day... Avoid....

   Was waiting for my parcel between the alloted times. Come to realise that i had a note in my letterbox saying i had missed the parcel. The delivery driver didnt bother even knocking on my door. There was multiple people in the house at the time and not one of us heard the door. Now ive got to wait another week for my parcel due to the delivery driver not being bothered to knock the door

   They make you work like labor and then they don’t pay. I completed one night shift of 5 hours and it has been 24 days now and no payment. Won’t work for them again for several reasons already mentioned by other reviewers like shouting supervisors, etc. One thing I didn’t do was pick up too heavy items. I was told to and then I told the supervisor I need one more pair of hands and he obliged. I worked through an agency and haven’t been paid till now. Whatever the agency may be but it’s the company that always pays wages directly to account.

   Useless. In a time where online shopping is very popular and every other courier company is great the only ones I ever have trouble with are DX. Their drivers make no attempt to contact you if not in or leave things in a suitable place then you can't get hold of anyone to rearrange delivery. Absolutely terrible service unless you have time to wait patiently by the door on the off chance they might come.
