I can't recommend Physio Tom Johnston enough. The progress achieved so far in treating my frozen shoulder in a short time has been absolutely amazing. Tom is professional and polite, Thank you.
TPL are always fantastic at what they do, i have used them many times. The admin team are very efficient and quick to respond and the physios are superb, my own experience with Craig Lea is that he is extremely knowledgable, compassionate, takes time to understand and listen to all issues and addresses the problem professionally and with great care and advice.

I have had a few sports massages at the physio lounge. Dena is great, very knowledgeable and can give good advice as well as a good deep tissue massage. Always feel good after visiting.
I have used the facilities at United Utilities a few times since TPL started offering treatment here. In the main I have been treated by Craig and the service from him and the team has always been friendly, courteous and professional. Treatment used has always provided me with positive results and I would recommend to anyone needing physio .
Easy to book, great staff who listened to my problems, tested and diagnosed, and supplied some solutions (not all easy ones!). Don't suffer when you can get expert advice and treatment. Recommended.
I was told I would need a knee replacement by Xmas. I am an active 56 yr old. I asked Craig Lea for advice. He gave me some exercises to do at home or in the pool. The exercises looked easy until I tried to do them. I couldn't do them at first but tried every day. After 3 mths I have joined an aqua class... My consultant has put my operation on hold. I am much stronger and not in as much pain. I will still continue with my exercises because they WORK. I can't thank Craig enough.
