   After having a very hit and miss experience with another clinic, came to Optimise to find what I hoped was better support and it most definitely was. From start to finish I felt respected welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Most importantly felt I was in safe hands which is obviously vital when you are suffering. From the receptionists right through to the management every person I met was genuine kind and respectful, you will make the right choice if you choose Optimise to help with your mental health. If you are thinking about TMS treatment they have it sorted.

   Worst medicator in the business. Abruptly stopped my medication causing me to lose over 2 stone in bodyweight. Giving me insomnia, Lost thousands missing work due to running my own business and no longer being able to work. Its taken me ages to readjust! Ive still not recovered financially. These have zero care for your mental wellbeing. I was not listened to at all. I was accused of missing 3 prescriptions in a row To which is a load of rubbish! I have ever bottle and wrapper from the pharmacy in a cupboard I missed one and had my prescription reissued Then one time the pharmacy could not fufill the order on the day and asked me to return on another day to see if they have more stock! Goes back and she had new stock by my script had run out the day before! Which was 2 days after my last visit! I was working from 7am till 8pm at night running my own business smashing life! I didnt have time everyday to go to chemist I had employees to see to! And 7 jobs a day every single day! I always managed to get to get my tablets though and I was doing well apart from my usual sleeping troubles but had recently found out I could take double the melatonin I was on! So I was doing fine! They stopped my meds and refused to reissue my prescription They denied stopping my medication to other professionals such as my doctor! Then 2 days later I get an email stating I have been let go from their services back to my doctor! I now have to find myself a new medicator. Which is likely impossible This place is all about the money and not about the patient. I met with a couple of lovely people but nobody really helped me I was in severe crising at one point and they did nothing The next thing im waking up in ICU having been resuscitated after taking my own life. They even had my last review removed! They dont want people to know the truth. I have all the proof and like I said I have every single bottle ive ever collected from my prescriptions and I even have the white pharmacy packets neatly folded in my medicine drawer. And all my old concerta pills from ages ago off LancUK when they were neglecting me aswell Optimise were the supposed replacement to LancUK I think its all the same staff just a new incorporation same standard of care Zero to none. All work from home..never seen anyone face to face. Constantly wanting to trial new meds on you! Tell em no guys! They wanted me off elvanse. Weeks later they rip me off it after I said Im happy to stay on it thanks! Then they let me go. Lets guess….Elvanse isnt being rolled out for something new shortly….. Anyway. Thought id share my experience and hopefully the company can improve their level of care for future patients This has destroyed my company and I am now close to folding what was looking to be an incredible business 5 star rated doing very good numbers I worked my butt off to build that from nothing with no help! So thank you guys Thanks a lot. But Im over it. Things happen for a reason a new opportunity will come.

   Worst service I've ever received and paid nearly £300 to be neglected and ignored. Someone was supposed to be phone me back several weeks ago to discuss further options after taking my money and letting me down. No phone call at all and they've left me in crisis without a second thought. Unless you're going through the NHS don't bother. As even private they don't do what they say or help!

   I cannot fault anything about Optimise. All staff that I have met are extremely friendly,efficient and helpful and the medical staff so knowledgeable. I feel really comfortable during my treatments. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing first class healthcare.

   I honestly am really happy to finally have people who care and are open to help me when i need it. Since speaking with Optimise i have had nothing but kind and caring individuals including Lauren and Joanne who have been such a big help to me so far! Thank you guys for finally allowing me to make progress with my ADHD it means a lot :)

   Long story short I’ve had a nightmare experience in the past with different companies so my gp referred me to optimise. I’ve not been with them long but I’ve no complaints as of yet and what I can say is they have done more in the short time I’ve been with them that I’ve had anywhere else over the years asking my gp for a ecg and blood tests to make sure my health is right before reviewing my medication. they are really helpful answering any questions I have they return your calls asap this was one my main issues over the years. Hopefully I can add to this review soon and like I said for the short time I’ve been with optimise I can highly recommend them thank loren and the team

   Optimise have recently taken over my ongoing care and support with ADHD, after my previous provider gave the most shocking service. Optimise have been incredibly helpful so far, working closely with my GP to assess what care I needed and referring me for an echocardiogram (based on tests that my previous provider had done last March and didn't check the results of!), ensuring that I've felt informed and listened to during my calls with Lauren and Viola. It's early days yet, but I'm much more optimistic about getting the help I need with Optimise taking care of me! P.s. as an additional note, I am happy to see they are marked as LGBTQIA+ friendly and a safe space for Transgender and GNC individuals, which makes me feel even more confident in my safe care with them.
