Had an app for a blood test. Was in and out within 10mins. Staff are lovely and friendly. Car park is small but free parking on the park over road. No issues with the services offered

Went there this morning first thing to attend the walk-in clinic. I ended up standing in a queue which was to the front entrance of people also waiting to use the service. After 15 minutes of waiting, a member of staff came out and told us that she wasn’t sure, but whoever was meant to run the clinic should’ve arrived by now. That was all the information we had and for another 30 minutes we waited. During this time another person who arrived behind me told me that nobody showed up the week prior either, which had me fearing the worst. We were then told by the same member of staff that she had texted the person who was supposed to run the clinic and they were not coming in today after all. I feel that since this service heavily relies on walk ins as appointments are fleeting, that they should try to at least appropriately staff the clinic so it actually runs in the first place.

The service and staff are excellent. However, if you forget your appointment time, not date just the time. Then no where can you find it!!! No one knows except the nurse taking your blood. Not your surgery nor the countess, nore stanney lane clinic phone number because it is a voice recording which tells you to call the countess. I tried going back in to the appointment page also tried the NHS app with my NHS number and appointment page. Nothing nowhere or can’t get anyone to tell me. Don’t forget your appointment time. Because it’s broken to review, no txt or email either once booked.???

Going down hill now Dr Evens is retiring, they very unenpathic and have not much understanding of mental health. Perhaps they have far too many people on there books. Ops ment the dentist down the road

Everyone was really kind and helpful, from the reception staff to the medical staff. They made my experience of seeing a doctor in a foreign country stress-free. Thank you for the service with a smile!
